We are looking for a passionate, well presented, communication professionals with a killer personality, who is looking to take the next step into a management position, as well as work under strong leadership from head office. Working at our brand new Surry Hills office, you will manage a small and growing team of sassy, brilliant women.

The position will include –

  • Daily management of NSW team, managing billings and workloads as well as being a cultural ambassador
  • Implementing large scale campaigns across multiple mediums
  • Mentoring your team
  • Strategic direction across accounts
  • Identifying, building and pitching new business opportunities
  • Building client and staff loyalty
  • Reporting to head office each week
  • Interstate travel

 

You will have –

  • Extensive experience in the consumer/ lifestyle sector
  • Experience managing teams and budgets
  • Willingness to push yourself to continue to learn
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Business smarts
  • Clear communications skills
  • Minimum 7-8 years experience- must have agency experience
  • Be able to up-sell and close deals
