Challenge.

4Fingers Crispy Chicken tasked the TRR team with the launch of the brand in Australia. Opening two stores in Queensland and one store in Victoria within the same month, the TRR team was to work closely with the 4Fingers team to ensure a seamless launch of all three restaurants. Post launch we have continued to work closely with the 4Fingers team to create amazing publicity opportunities, design monthly social media content and drive a strong influencer program.

Solution.

We created a robust strategy incorporating local media, bloggers, influencers and experiential to create brand awareness at each of the three store launches in Australia, and also created various upcoming activities and promotions to drive sales. TRR also hosted a media VIP night to further cement brand awareness within the QSR trade and consumer space.
