With five years’ experience in social media, digital marketing and content creation, Sia is a passionate creative and capable Account Manager, with strong strategic foresight. Having worked closely with global and local brands, Sia is passionate about creating campaigns that drive engagement, talkability, lead to real business results via paid campaigns and earn media recognition.
A background and education in Public Relations and Entertainment has given Sia a strong nose for currency and public sentiment, which is fundamental to her ideation ability. Working into a Creative Director and alongside strategists, Art Directors, designers and production teams, she plays a vital role in ensuring the collective agency client vision becomes a reality. Sia’s high-level and broad understanding of social media advertising, makes it easy for her to work with paid media teams to ensure creative content is appropriately amplified.
As an Account Manager working closely with the client day to day, Sia prides herself on her results-driven and client first approach, constantly adapting and pivoting as needed to achieve the best possible outcome. She is known for her strong client relationships and enjoys working as an extension of their team uncover business issues, and pro-actively address them with creative solutions.
Throughout her career, Sia has worked across brands in hospitality, tourism, retail and corporate, including Hawaii Tourism Oceania, Accor Hotel Group, OZtrail, Snap Fitness, JLL Retail Centres, AMP Capital Retail Centres, Doughnut Time Australia, DG Food Group, Worldwide Hospitality Group.
