Media and key Sydney party people got to sample these while enjoying the amazing sounds of Sugar Bowl Hokum, whose blues and ragtime tunes completed the underground Prohibition ear vibe.
With a discrete entrance, the interior décor of 80 Proof is an exciting mix of underground basement with touches of vintage New York stying from the 1920s to 1950s.
The venue, food and drinks on the evening received nothing but extremely positive feedback form our guests and we are sure that 80 Proof will become the new ‘go to’ venue in the city for that cheeky after work cocktail on a Friday afternoon.

Glenfiddich 12 year, Absinth, De Kuyper apple schnapps, sage and pressed apple juice shaken hard and served short over ice.
