Here at Red PR this month we’re all about positivity. In fact, we’re working on a campaign based purely around staying positive. Suncorp Bank is encouraging everyone to get involved in their runPositive program this year and share the reasons why they runPositive.

The program is pretty amazing – it supports wellbeing, positivity, health and fitness within the community by giving participants running  in the Gold Coast Airport Marathon (Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 July), The Sunday Mail Suncorp Bank Bridge to Brisbane (Sunday 1 September) and the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival (Sunday 22 September) personalised printed singles that express why they runPositive.

If that’s not enough… they’re also giving you the chance to win $10,000 just by sharing why you runPositive!

So, whether you run, walk, jump, sprint, or push a pram in a bid to achieve your goals, Suncorp Bank and Red PR are inviting you to join in! Our first group of positive runners took part in a photo shoot last week… here are the reasons they’ve decided to runPositive in 2013.

Janelle, 23, Brisbane – “I runPositive to support BrAshA-T”

BrAshA-T is an Australian charity supporting families across the country who have a loved one suffering from Ataxia Telangiectasia (A-T) – a degenerative condition and disease so rare it affects fewer than 50 Australians. There is currently no cure for A-T and it is incredibly rare for any children living with A-T to make it past their teens.

Hayley Wilson, 24, Brisbane – “I runPositive to create a healthy lifestyle”

Hayley is taking part in The Sunday Mail Suncorp Bank Bridge to Brisbane this year and is using the runPositive platform as motivation to keep fit, stay positive and help create a healthy lifestyle.

Whether you runPositive to reach your full potential, to create a happy lifestyle, to keep up with your daughter or to raise money for a charity of your choice, we want to hear and share your reasons to run to build a supportive runPositive community!

Be quick, the first people participating in the Gold Coast Airport Marathon and the Sunday Mail Suncorp Bank Bridge to Brisbane who share the reason they runPositive will have the chance to receive a personalised singlet with their message on the front. For Blackmores Sydney Running Festival goers, the first people to share their positive motivation will receive their own runPositive sweatband.

Check out our Facebook runPositive community, where you can share your inspirational story, daily fitness tips, and get in the running (pun intended!) to win $10,000.00!
